📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of machinery in the manufacturing and logistics environment
• Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor machinery performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure the safety of machinery operations and comply with all relevant regulations
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues
• Provide training and support to team members on machinery operations and maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and downtime

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery operations and maintenance
• Familiarity with machinery control systems and software, such as PLC, SCADA, or MES
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to machinery operations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed
