📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Leverage tools like Microsoft Azure and Salesforce to drive digital initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
