Finance Manager - Cost & Inventory

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee cost accounting and inventory management, ensuring optimal financial health and operational efficiency across our properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our properties, analyzing cost data, and implementing strategies to improve profitability. You will work closely with our team of accountants, auditors, and financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stock control, and waste reduction, to optimize our supply chain and minimize costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage cost accounting and inventory management for multiple properties across Bali.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.
• Oversee inventory purchasing, stock control, and waste reduction strategies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Provide financial guidance and support to property managers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
