As a BIM Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our BIM processes are streamlined and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to create and manage BIM models, using industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures. Your role will involve everything from initial model creation to clash detection and coordination, ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned and that potential issues are identified and resolved early.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and consistency
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve potential issues early in the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects
• Train and mentor team members on BIM best practices and software usage
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that BIM processes are integrated into project workflows
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and tools within the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager) is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
