📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and other accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
