📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare and submit accurate invoices and expense reports
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly closing process
- Maintain and update financial records and reports
- Support the accounting team in audits and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with construction industry accounting practices is a plus
