📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement site safety plans in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest safety trends, technologies, and best practices in the electrical engineering and construction industries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical site safety supervision, with a strong background in electrical engineering and construction.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of implementing and enforcing safety protocols in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA, ISO 45001, and ILO conventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with electrical safety software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Safety Management Systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
