📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Develop and implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems as needed.,Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT environment.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server or MySQL.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
