📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Provide expert advice and solutions to clients' needs.,Manage and mentor junior sales consultants.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
