📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration
