As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to both business and consumer clients in Manado and surrounding areas. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Job Description:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Identify potential sales opportunities and convert them into sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support.
6. Report sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Good understanding of the telecommunications market in Manado and surrounding areas.
5. Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
6. Ability to travel to client locations as required.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
