📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure.,Support the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide technical support to employees as needed.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.,Support the IT team in conducting regular IT audits.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Support the IT team in planning and executing IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and software.,Good understanding of network and cybersecurity principles.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
