The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or related fields, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Prepare and maintain accurate distribution records and reports.,Assist in the planning and execution of distribution routes to optimize delivery efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and safe deliveries.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to distribution.,Support the distribution manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or distribution role.,Strong understanding of logistics and distribution processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with distribution management software is a plus.
