In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the measurement, costing, and valuation of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in contract administration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting detailed measurements and cost analyses of construction projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract specifications.,Preparing and reviewing tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost plans.,Monitoring project progress and budget adherence, providing regular reports to stakeholders.,Resolving disputes and variations through effective negotiation and mediation.,Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Providing technical advice and support to project teams and contractors.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.,Participating in site inspections and audits to verify compliance with contract terms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on construction and contract administration.,Proven experience in managing and overseeing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.,Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
