Oversee and guide embryologists in providing high-quality IVF care to patients,Perform and interpret embryo culture and biopsy procedures,Collaborate with fertility specialists to develop and implement IVF treatment plans,Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation,Stay updated with the latest advancements in IVF technology and best practices,Conduct research and participate in clinical trials to improve IVF outcomes,Provide ongoing education and training to embryologists and support staff,Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Embryology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Embryologist in an IVF clinic,Certification from a recognized embryology board or association,Strong knowledge of IVF protocols, embryo culture, and biopsy techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software used in IVF procedures
