📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.,Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
