PT Astrid Nusa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the warehouse team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely deliveries.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and processing of goods.,Use warehouse management software to track inventory, orders, and shipments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse staff.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
