📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable marine expansion, ensuring alignment with environmental regulations and best practices.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities in the maritime industry, focusing on sustainable practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and government agencies to foster collaboration and support for our initiatives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marine conservation projects, working closely with our team of experts to minimize environmental impact.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our operations, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sustainable maritime operations.
• Represent Blue Horizon Maritime at industry events, conferences, and workshops, sharing our expertise and promoting our commitment to sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine sustainability, environmental management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices in the maritime industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with GIS software, such as ArcGIS, for spatial analysis and mapping.
• Certification in marine environmental management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively, including to remote locations in Bangka Belitung, as part of the job.
