📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement national strategies in collaboration with senior government officials
• Conduct policy analysis and research to inform strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with policy makers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of national initiatives
• Draft and review policy documents, reports, and presentations
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of national strategies to assess their impact and effectiveness
• Participate in high-level meetings and conferences to advocate for strategic priorities and engage with key stakeholders
• Stay updated on national and international trends and developments relevant to the policy areas
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to support the achievement of national goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development, strategic planning, or a similar role in a government or public sector organization
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to conduct policy analysis and research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders and build consensus
