Sehati Jaya Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our facility and staff. As the Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for overseeing all security operations, implementing security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors and patients.

Overseeing all security operations and ensuring the safety of the facility and staff.,Implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures.,Conducting regular security patrols and inspections.,Monitoring and controlling access to the facility.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies.,Maintaining and updating security records and reports.,Providing security training and guidance to other security personnel.,Collaborating with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard in a healthcare or high-security environment.,Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.,Experience with emergency response and first aid.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
