📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Hire, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with the last 3 years in a managerial role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in a luxury or upscale restaurant setting is a plus.
