📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the management team.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
