📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and employees.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with external auditors and financial advisors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
