Place Sun Sentosa is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Provide support to drivers and other staff with vehicle-related issues.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Maintain communication with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
