📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and updating the online store inventory.,Process online orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment.,Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.,Assist in marketing efforts by promoting products and engaging with customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry news.,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to improve product offerings.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry.,Familiarity with e-Commerce platforms and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for fashion.,Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.
