📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
