📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve high performance standards.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage operational budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
