In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to clients. You'll use a variety of evidence-based therapies and techniques to help clients achieve their mental health goals. Our telehealth platform allows you to connect with clients from anywhere, making it easier to provide care and support.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and therapy sessions to clients via our telehealth platform.
- Monitor and track client progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines and professional standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Professional certification as a Counsellor or Clinical Psychologist, such as a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or clinical psychology.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
