Go Space Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bengkulu. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for maintaining high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing and improving fleet management processes.,Participate in training and development programs for fleet staff.,Assist in the organization of fleet meetings and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
